Andre K. Washington, 38, was charged Thursday with unlawful use of weapons by a felon following his arrest Wednesday.

Champaign Central brothers hold all the cards at Illinois FC Spring Invite

When they're not playing this weekend, Shaffer and Spencer Bauer will be serving as referees for some of the more than 300 games.

This weekend, 2,500 soccer players and their coaches and families will descend on Champaign-Urbana for the 195-team Illinois FC Spring Invite.

DACC Technology Division hosting open house, car show May 25

DANVILLE — Danville Area Community College's Technology Division will host its 13th annual open house and car and truck show on May 25.
The event, which is also being sponsored by the Central Illinois Mustang Club, will be held rain or shine in the Technology Center parking lot. It is open to all makes and models of cars and trucks.
