[...] suspect in Comunale case is son of former N.J. mayor
Two other men — James Rackover, 25, of New York, N.Y., and Lawrence Dilione, 28, of Jersey City, N.J. — were previously arrested in connection with the case and face charges of concealment of a human body, hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence.
The Westhill High School graduate then accompanied the group to a party at Rackover’s Grand Sutton apartment, where the crime later took place, police said.
