Three arrested on drug charges in Grants Pass area

Three people were arrested in the Grants Pass area Wednesday following a several-months-long investigation into a significant methamphetamine distribution organization in Josephine County, according to the interagency Rogue Area Drug Enforcement team. Chris Sage, 48, of Grants Pass, was arrested on failure to appear felony warrants.

 

EPD patrol car involved in minor crash

An on-duty Eugene police officer was behind the wheel of a patrol car that glanced off another vehicle, then slammed into an apartment complex on Wednesday evening, a police spokeswoman said. Police are investigating the crash, which was reported just before 7 p.m.
