Little League registration set

The East Lane Little League will be holding its final registration session today from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Willamalane Center, 250 S. 32nd St. Many changes have been made to what was formerly known as the Thurston Little League.

 

Arand leads local wrestlers

The high school wrestling season concluded this past weekend at the state wrestling championships at Memorial Coliseum in Portland. There were a handful of local competitors participating, with Thurston’s seven-person contingent finishing 26th in the team standings after scoring 17 points.
