A man was stabbed around 9:30 p. m. Saturday, according to Bend Police. The stabbing took place at 330 S. E.

The 62-year-old man who died biking on the Lava/Edison mountain bike trail Friday has been identified as Wesley C. Pierson, 62, of Redmond.The man collapsed while riding near Little Lava Lake. According to the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, Pierson’s friends called 911 to report that he collapsed shortly before 2 p.m.

Fatal crash — Police say a teenager from Washington state died Saturday in a rollover crash that injured six others near Chiloquin. Oregon State Police Lt. The vehicle returned to the highway, but rolled multiple times. A 15-year-old girl from Prosser, Wash., was ejected from the front passenger seat and pronounced dead at the scene.
