CHAMPAIGN — A Champaign man who had to be forced out of a home with pepper spray during a November domestic-violence incident involving a gun has been sentenced to two years of probation.

Champaign pair accused of trying to use someone else's credit card

Charnelle Terrell Brown, 36, was charged Wednesday with felony burglary and theft with deceptive practices, while Chanelle Ebony Jackson, 24, was charged with felony identity theft and burglary.

URBANA — A man and a woman from Champaign are in custody after allegedly trying to use someone else's credit card at a local store.
