Marc Webb has worked extensively in the realm of music videos. From Santana and Hot Hot Heat to My Chemical Romance and Regina Spektor, he has conjured visuals that vary from the wildly stylistic to the simple and straightforward. Webb has two short films under his belt, L.A. Suite and Seascape, the latter winning the Aspen Comedy festival.For his feature-length directorial debut, his job was to provide the audience with a window into the head of Joseph Gordon-Levitt as his character, Tom, recalls the 500 Days it took for his relationship with Zooey Deschanel’s Summer to resolve.Marc Webb the person is laid back, speaks in complete sentences and was eating blueberrys.
