- Cogeco Cable in Canada now blocking even encrypted torrent connectionsI'm on Rogers just north of toronto. I have two machines both running utorrent using the same internet connection. One the first client I changed the port number and now it's d/l at about 170kbs and the other one is still at 0.5kbs...

Well, it does if you turn off randomize ports. Basically, any port over 10000 and less than 65535 are good. Just remember, µTorrent only needs 1 incoming port but it may be sending out on any outgoing port between about 1000 and 5000.
- Get fast downloads......Fix the port - µTorrent Community Forumsi've been screwing with this all nightreading all the posts and info, i could findi been downloading a torrent with 4 or so of 150 + seeds and getting 10 to 30 kb's down and 60 + upfix the port forwarding and now i'm getting 160 - 170I know i set this all up before, but i guess something glitched...
