Murder suspect from California arrested in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield police arrested a murder suspect from California on Tuesday evening. Jacob James Kober, 24, of Livermore, Calif., had been wanted in connection with a killing that occurred in his hometown in late December, police said.
