Mentor officials identify driver, victim in fatal Walmart crash

Mentor officials have released the names of the driver and the victim of the July 16 fatal crash at the city's Walmart. The driver was identified as Lois Kojan, 85, of Mentor.

Willoughby is the place to be this weekend, with the ArtsFest on downtown streets July 21 and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church's Oktoberfest July 20 through 22.Parking may be an issue, so make your plans early and plan to walk.Streets will be closed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the ArtsFest, a juried art show with 130 vendors having jewelry, photography, paintings and textiles all along Erie Street and around shady Wes Point Park.
