Changes coming to Downtown Willoughby

Visitors to Downtown Willoughby will be seeing changes taking place throughout the area starting on July 14. One of the most obvious changes is the addition of three new bicycle racks purchased by the city.The Downtown Willoughby Association is hoping to make the area more bike friendly and will start that effort with the placement of the racks which will give people a space to lock their bikes up as their explore, shop and dine in the downtown area.
