ALBANY — Infants are sporting red hats on Tuesday, made by Capital Region volunteers to mark February as American Heart Month in the Newborn Nursery at Albany Medical Center.The little red hats were made by 300-plus volunteers, some of whom demonstrated their technique on Tuesday.
