Sgt. Ray Terry, who is leading the investigation, said Bobbie Dean Dickerson is charged with attempted murder, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree theft. He said Dickerson was found at a home on 13th Street where a woman was held against her will and assaulted for hours.

The victim told deputies he was assaulted in his home and more than $30,000 in silver coins were stolen in the incident. Walls said those coins were tracked through various businesses, leading to the arrests.

DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said David Grant Fulmer, 28 of Collinsville and Eddie Ray Fulmer, 31 of Albertville were taken into custody early Wednesday. David Fulmer is charged with two counts of first-degree theft of property. Eddie Fulmer is also charged with two counts of first-degree theft of property as well as third-degree receiving of stolen property and promoting prison contraband. Both men were booked into the DeKalb County Detention Center with additional charges pending.
