TechCrunch reported that the items, offered this month through Julien’s Live, include such things as a leather jacket, business cards and a NeXT-branded turtle neck. A New York appeals court dismissed a lawsuit by actress Lindsay Lohan, who had argued that the producers of the “Grand Theft Auto V” video game modeled a character after her, complete with her physical features, clothing, shoulder-length blonde hair and voice.
