German Pellets Texas, whose smoldering silos caused health and air quality issues in Port Arthur for more than two months this spring, is facing its second and third legal challenges related to the incident, including a wrongful death suit from the family of a worker killed while working at the silos last week.
The family of Jesus Cuevas, who died on Oct. 20 while removing pellets from one of the company's silos at the Port of Port Arthur, alleges that the company's negligence caused his death.
