Giving workers a say in how they’re governed is no longer a radical concept–and it boosts productivity, wage equity, and overall happiness. And a new poll finds most Americans think it’s a good idea. Right now, the way most public corporations work is something like this: Employees show up every day and do their jobs under the direction of a management team made up of the CEO and COO, among other higher-ups.
