Community Briefs: St. Denis 50th annual Family Fun Fair back open tonight

St. Denis Parish in Havertown is celebrating its 50th annual Family Fun Fair over the next two weekends.The fair opens tonight at 6 p.m. and goes through until Saturday. Then reopens May 9 and finishes up May 12.The famed Delaware County family fair is still seeking volunteers and is also asking the community for pictures, memorabilia or stories that they can share and upload on the fair's website,

RADNOR >> The morning after two women were found shot in a murder-suicide in the Rosemont section of Radnor, a nearby resident said there was a woman using binoculars to watch the victim's house two days before the shooting.According to police, the witness only came forward several hours after Jennair Gerardot broke into Meredith Chapman's home on April 23, waited for her to arrive and then shot her before turning the gun on herself.

Judge: Bill Cosby must wear GPS monitor

NORRISTOWN >> Clarifying bail conditions for Bill Cosby, a judge said the entertainer must wear an electronic monitoring device while he remains free awaiting sentencing for sexually assaulting a woman at his Cheltenham mansion in 2004.Montgomery County Judge Steven T. O'Neill, in an order filed on Friday, said county probation officials "shall fit the defendant with a GPS monitor," which essentially is an electronic ankle bracelet that will monitor Cosby's whereabouts.
