Phil Gary Conkin

Phil Gary Conkin, 68, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orpha and Cosby Conkin. Gary is survived by his daughter, Sharon Conkin Wilcox; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Conkin Cobb of Kingsport and Joyce Conkin Zanone of Alexandria, VA. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
