The special House election in western Pennsylvania's 18th congressional district is too close to call, with Democrat Conor Lamb and Republican Rick Saccone neck and neck, and Libertarian Drew Miller drawing more votes than the difference between Lamb and Saccone. With all precincts reporting and many absentee votes counted, Lamb has 49.8 percent of the vote and Saccone has 49.6 percent; Miller is bringing up the rear with 0.6 percent. Lamb, 33, is a Marine veteran and former prosecutor, while Saccone, 60, is a Republican state lawmaker.
