Bookmark or Share- Nude Beach near Robert Moses (Fire Island: live, law, yard)I thought NY State overrode federal jurisdiction regarding nudity on the beach east of Robert Moses field 5 (aka Lighthouse Beach) a few years ago, and nudity is no longer permitted. It's still more topless than other RM beaches though. Even when it was a nude beach, nudity was not permitted within 1000 feet of the lighthouse, both east and west.
