Colorado is sending resources to help California crews fighting multiple wildfires burning near Los Angeles, state officials said Wednesday. California requested one of Colorado’s two multi-mission aircraft to assist with firefighting and the plane is taking off from the Centennial Airport today, according to the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control.
