The man who was shot and killed by deputies in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday afternoon after he brandished a gun at his wife was actively on around-the-clock house arrest at the time he was killed, according to court records. Robert Drangel, 64, of Margate, arrived at his estranged wife’s home in Tamarac shortly before 2 p.m.
