By Donita NaylorCHARLESTOWN, R.I. -- A Connecticut woman arrested by the Rhode Island State Police in North Kingstown shortly after a pedestrian reported being hit by a car in Charlestown is expected to appear in District Court, South Kingstown, on Thursday. An arrest warrant was issued for Adriana M. Wright, 42, of 242 Cossaduck Hill Rd., North Stonington, Conn., on felony charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury and reckless driving resulting in serious injury, Charlestown Police Chief Jeffrey S.
