The couple paid $776,000 in March 2022 for the two-story house, which was built in 1969 and renovated in 1976. The house has 4 ½ bathrooms, a family room with a stone fireplace and built-in bookshelves and a second-floor primary bedroom suite with a bonus room. The property also has a two-bedroom coach house with an exposed first-floor ceiling and a second-floor kitchen, and between the two homes are a pool with a separate changing area. Metra trains were at a standstill on three commuter lines for part of Monday morning, with service on two of them starting to resume by around 10 a.m., according to an agency spokeswoman.
