Inflation rising again in metro Denver as food prices drive up index

After looking like it might stay down for the count, consumer inflation in metro Denver bounced back from a recent low point reached in September, according to an update from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Consumer Price Index for Denver-Aurora-Lakewood rose 0.2% between September and November and is now at an annual pace of 2% compared to a 1.4% annual rate in September.
