OBB Media, the production company behind Demi Lovato’s recent Hulu doc “Child Star” and Netflix’s upcoming “A Nonsense Christmas With Sabrina Carpenter,” has hired Adam Stotsky in a new, dual role. Stotsky, who most recently served as president of Dick Clark Prods., joins OBB Media as its first-ever chief strategy and commercial officer.

Disney’s ESPN and SiriusXM are hoping sports fans will find a lot more to watch and listen to — and eventually pay for — on each other’s streaming services. The media companies are teaming on a promotion giving their respective streaming subscribers six months free of the other company’s direct-to-consumer package.

French actor-director Nicolas Bedos has received a one-year prison sentence, with six months suspended and compulsory treatment, for the sexual assaults of two women last year, according to Le Parisien. However, Bedos — who was not present at the sentencing in Paris on Tuesday — was acquitted on a count of sexual harassment in 2018.
