Supporting inclusion for workers with Long COVID requires rethinking many long-standing practices. But it can—and must—be done. We often talk about the impact of COVID-19 on workplaces during the height of the pandemic as if that impact is over. But it is far from over. In the U.S. alone, nearly 18 million people are grappling with Long COVID, and 65% of them are working, even if some had to make adjustments to hours and tasks.
