9 Colorado restaurants make the cut for Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand selections

The Michelin Guide announced nine Denver and Boulder restaurants with eight different cuisines under its Bib Gourmand category today. Bib Gourmand restaurants offer a meal of good quality at a good value, according to Michelin. The rest of the Michelin awards, including Michelin stars, will be announced at a ceremony at Mission Ballroom on Sept.
