A Woodstock woman accused of pulling a child out of a closet by his wrist and then striking him with an open hand faces several felony charges. Rebecca L. Wise, 34, is accused of intentionally harming a child on Jan. 10, according to a criminal complaint filed with the McHenry County Circuit Clerk's Office.
