Robin D. Arthur, 59, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019. He had been a member and a servant at Shades of Grace storefront church. His testimony was one of the love for Jesus. May his soul rest with our Risen Lord where all things will be made new and all the torments of a troubled mind will never be known.
