A lot of people find themselves looking for a way to obtain the skills needed to change their lives for the better. Oftentimes, it involves following a passion for something they’re interested in. If that passion includes culinary arts, a new and unique program called Creative Cuisine might be just what the doctor ordered. Creative Cuisine, a program of the Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency, is a 14-week culinary experience that teaches students everything from basic knife skills and sanitation to creating menus and business plans.
