A man has been charged with murder after police found him hiding near the scene of a fatal shooting in Commerce City last week. Choi created fake text messages, altered her cellphone records and ultimately destroyed her laptop and phone to try to sell her deceit, the 26-page ruling found.

Colorado’s public health experts are urging awareness of the symptoms of norovirus, saying infections are climbing along with cases of seasonal respiratory illnesses. The virus primarily affects the digestive system — causing nausea, diarrhea and vomiting — and can be transmitted by coming into contact with or eating food prepared by an infected person.
