STAMFORD — A Bridgeport man was arrested while allegedly making a delivery of 30 bags of heroin to Stamford’s South End on Wednesday. Following a pattern that police have been noticing for a little over a month, the more than two dozen bags of heroin were unstamped. Capt. Richard Conklin said officers in the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad were told that a man in a green Volvo would be making a delivery of heroin to a Henry Street apartment building Wednesday morning.
