KINGSPORT — Kingsport’s Board of Education got an update on the Kingsport City School’s e-Learning vision Tuesday night at its work session, as well as a report on the revised Strategic Plan for 2017-18 and a review of policies, the later two coming up for a vote at the early November meeting. — A report on district's e-Learning vision came from Laurie Norris, KCS e-Learning Coordinator She said the use of technology in the learning environment provides a key resource to transform the teaching and learning process.
