McKINNEY, Texas (AP) — Dallas Cowboys linebacker Damien Wilson won't be prosecuted over a Fourth of July parking dispute in which he was accused of brandishing a rifle and threatening tailgaters outside a soccer venue. A Collin County grand jury Tuesday declined to indict Wilson, who was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
