Comment on Dewey Dewayne Sluder

Dewey Dewayne Sluder went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 12, 2017. He was born in West Virginia and served in the Army, but lived most of his life in Kingsport. He worked and retired from the Mead Corporation. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at East Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Charles Brooks officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to The American Diabetes Associaton, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202; or Charity Baptist Church, 123 Oak Street, Blountville, TN 37617.
