Jordan, of Pumpkin Hill Road, New Milford was arrested July 9, 2015 on charges of sale of narcotic substance/non-dependent, and conspiracy to commit the sale of narcotic substance following an investigation into DeFino’s June 22, 2015 overdose death. The State’s Medical Examiner for the cause of DeFino’s death to be heroin toxicity, accidental overdose. According to court documents, Beatty and Jordan had visited DeFino at his parents’ house the evening of June 21, 2015. Beatty said at that time he took Jordan back to DeFino’s where Jordan sold DeFino three more bags of heroin, court documents state.
