The DA’s office amended charges against the teenager who was initially arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after “new evidence… came to light after the filing decision was made,” officials said in a news release. The new juvenile suspect is charged with first-degree murder, six counts of first-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and possession of a handgun by a juvenile. The DA’s office cannot release any other details about the case or suspects because they are juveniles, according to the release. Adams County sheriff’s deputies responded to the park at 1824 Coronado Pkwy.
