A different juvenile suspect is now charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy at Rotella Park, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office said in a news release Friday. The DA’s office amended charges against the teenager who was initially arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after “new evidence… came to light after the filing decision was made,” officials said in a news release.
