Agent accused of stealing, using bogus money cut deal with Secret Service in 2012

The U.S. Secret Service cut a deal with a former agent accused of passing confiscated counterfeit money in January 2012, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Anthony Eugene Preissig of Saint Johns was arrested Thursday at his home on Worthington Parkway on charges of stealing counterfeit notes, using counterfeit notes and lying to investigators.
