Wickliffe Police seeking suspect in string of robberies

Wickliffe Police are investigating a string of robberies they believe were committed by the same man. The first occurred about 7:15 a.m. July 24 at the Quality Inn Hotel, 28611 Euclid Ave. Police said a black man tried to rob the front desk clerk, threatening that he had a gun although no gun was seen.
