Mike Lee says no evidence of Trump obstruction, wrongdoing and it’s time to move on

Republican Sen. Mike Lee said he’s yet to see “anything, even a scintilla” of evidence indicating that President Donald Trump obstructed justice in his interactions with former FBI Director James Comey.
“And so it’s time to wrap this up, and it’s time to move on,” the Utah senator said in a Sunday appearance on ABC News’ “This Week.”
Comey, who testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee last week, accused the White House of spreading “lies, plain and simple” about him.

10,000 signatures have been collected in the fight against Utah’s tough new DUI law

A national lobbying group says it has gathered 10,000 signatures in its fight to repeal Utah’s strict, new drunken-driving law.
Utah is the first state in the country to lower the state’s blood-alcohol content limit for DUI from 0.08 percent to 0.05 percent.
In May, the American Beverage Institute (ABI), a lobbying organization that fights for responsible on-premise consumption of adult beverages, launched a petition drive opposing the measure.

It looks like Brigham Young University may be Mormonism’s last institutional holdout against what some see as “evil” cola drinks — you know, the ones with that unauthorized pick-me-up.
Sometime this spring, LDS Business College in Salt Lake City began selling Coke products — with caffeine — in its cafe.

Call her the maestro.

Newton has made no secret of her opposition to a proposal to spend $1.5 million of county funds to help meet the $38 million sales price to buy from developers the scenic 1,350 acres in Wasatch County, known as Bonanza Flats, that is enjoyed b...
