The package was located at the Cannon House Office Building where the hearing took place. There was no hearing interruption, and the police later issued an all-clear. The US Capitol Police issued an all-clear after about hour spent investigating a "suspicious package" at the House building where the January 6 committee hearing is currently taking place, authorities said Tuesday.The package was located outside the northwest door of the Cannon House Office Building, the police said, in advising staff and visitors on the premises to stay away from the area.
