The landmark day for Canada is now less than a month away. On Oct. 17, Canada will lift the curtain on recreational marijuana, allowing the drug to be legally purchased by adults in licensed dispensaries. In doing so, it'll be opening the door to what could be $5 billion (or more) in added annual sales once the industry is fully ramped up.The launch of adult-use weed hasn't been the primary buzz around the pot industry of late, however.
