Colorado is sending resources to help California crews fighting multiple wildfires burning near Los Angeles, state officials said Wednesday.
California requested one of Colorado’s two multi-mission aircraft to assist with firefighting and the plane is taking off from the Centennial Airport today, according to the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control.
Colorado’s two multi-mission aircraft are Pilatus PC-12 airplanes equipped with infrared and color-sensing technology to detect and provide reconnaissance on wildfires, which helps ground crews attack the fires.
Three major wildfires — the Palisades, Eaton and Hurst fires — are burning near Los Angeles, fueled by powerful Santa Ana winds.

Which pre-workouts are best?
Many people take pre-workouts before they hit the gym to help increase their energy and motivation. This can lead to better results and, potentially, help you reach your conditioning goals more quickly.
Anytime you are taking a supplement, it is always best to stick with reputable brands because they are not only proven to be effective but can also be relied on to use high-quality ingredients.
For example, the company behind Cellucor C4 Original pre-workout has sold over 3 billion servings worldwide.

Eight months since he joined the Broncos, there is nothing Bo Nix cannot fix.
After producing a winning record and a playoff berth, Nix burst the thought bubble hanging over the franchise’s head since the 2018 draft.
Should the Broncos have selected Wyoming star quarterback Josh Allen instead of defensive end Bradley Chubb?
At least one thing is crystal clear in the murky waters of mile-high stadium’s future: the Broncos’ new owners are preparing to make a roughly $2 billion investment and Denver’s leaders should pull out – almost — all the stops to make sure that investment is in the city.
All we ask in exchange for this substantial public financial assistance is complete transparency (and of course the continuation of the popular lottery system for affordable tickets to Broncos games).
The elected officials in this state and city must be honest about the value of any proposed land deals, tax breaks, taxing authority or no-bid contracts awarded to some of the wealthiest people in America to help their real estate venture.
