NEW HAVEN >> Doctors may be able to monitor the progression of Alzheimer's disease while a patient is still living by using a new brain-scanning technique, according to Yale University.The technique, developed by Yale researchers, including senior author Richard Carson, professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, may also help diagnose epilepsy and other disorders and give clues to better treatment, according to a release.
