BRIDGEPORT >> A Waterbury man was convicted in federal court Wednesday for selling "black tar" heroin.Hugo Tejeda, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin Wednesday in connection with a federal investigation that alleges Tejeda and two other Waterbury men were selling heroin in the city.
