The Northeastern Pennsylvania Health Care Foundation (NPHCF) awarded a $50,000 grant to The Wright Center to establish a primary care clinic within Skyview Park Apartments in Scranton. The patient-centered medical home will work collectively with patients to coordinate care to meet all health and wellness needs.
