Woman Charged In Earlier Traffic Fatality

A Martinez woman has been charged with second-degree homicide by vehicle after a motorcycle crash last month. Thomas von Ray Carter, 60, of Augusta, died Aug. 3 from injuries sustained in the July 19 crash.
