EAST STONE GAP - William Kelly Stidham passed away Saturday, Octorber 13, 2018, at Indian Path Hospital in Kingsport, TN, after a lengthy illness. Born in Norton, VA, Kelly was a lifelong resident of East Stone Gap. Kelly graduated Powell Valley High School in 1989 and went on to receive his associated degree in Environmental Science from Mountain Empire Community College.
